Hi buyer The installation of $45 is basic installation/ replacement only And when our colleagues called you to make appointment and also asked whether yours is concrete ceiling and whether it is a direct replacement job, you had answered yes to both questions. When the installer reached your place, he found out it was a false ceiling and the old fan was wrapped/plastered surrounded with WHITE CEMENT. How is this a $45 job? He would have to (1) knock/take off the plastered WHITE CEMENT ; (2) dismantle the old ceiling fan; (3) have to access the old fan support whether it is sufficient to install this new fan.; (4) if the old fan bracket was drilled onto the concrete, he would have to open the false ceiling to dismantle the old fan bracket etc… And installer mentioned you wanted him to complete the job without disturbing the false ceiling and wanted it to be in the same condition as before. He told us that is not possible, as without opening up the false ceiling, how to access? And not possible at $45 job. Buyer, you have given us false information and withhold information. If you could be upfront with us, we would give you a better quotation. Different installers charges differently based on their skills and experiences. Out of all buyers, you are one of the few whom could not get what you wanted at the low fee rate. We rejected your request. We will process your refund less the installer transport fee of $45. This installer which we have been using ever since the start have accumulated more than 500 hundreds Great Reviews with other buyers raving professional installation skills.
